Sunningdale Village Hall

Website Design

The Process

When Sunningdale Village Hall approached us, their existing website was outdated and no longer served the needs of their community. They had a solid brand identity in place, with established colours and a logo, but their website wasn’t reflecting the modern, user-friendly experience they wanted to offer.

We kicked off the project with in-depth discussions to understand their vision for the new site. They were looking for a fresh, modern design that was easy to navigate, especially for their target audience—the older generation. Accessibility was a key focus, and we worked closely with them to ensure that everything, from information to functionality, was simple and intuitive.
A central feature of the new site was the booking system, which had recently been moved online. Sunningdale Village Hall wanted this feature to be highly visible and easy to use, ensuring that the community could quickly access and book the hall for events.

Once the website design was finalised and launched, we didn’t just leave them to it. To ensure they were confident managing the site, we arranged a personalised 1-2-1 training session, empowering them to make updates and changes independently moving forward. The result? A modern, accessible, and easy-to-manage website that truly represents the village hall’s vibrant community.
